Conditions for booking and reservation
- Use the online booking form on our website, write to us at E-mail email@example.com or call 0895516822 – for additional information;
- After we receive and process your request, we will send you an e-mail confirmation
- The reservation must be confirmed with a deposit within 5 days;
- In case of promotional packages, 100% of the value of the package is paid.
- If there are less than 20 days until the date of accommodation, then payment is made on the first working day after confirmation of the reservation;
- No discount is available for reservations on public weekends and thematic dinners.
- Discounts are not combined.
- If you wish to book more rooms than those listed on the website, adults or children – send a written request to firstname.lastname@example.org
- The deadline within which the client has the right to cancel a reservation without paying a penalty and compensation shall be 5 days after making the payment.
- Confirmed reservations, after 5 days of payment, are not entitled to cancellation. Deposits will not be refunded.
- When confirming a last-moment reservation – in the last 20 days before the date of accommodation, the deposited amounts are non-refundable.
- A reservation not confirmed within due time shall be canceled without notice. The hotel shall not pay penalties or cancellation fees.
- The failure by the guest to appear until 5:00pm on the day of check-in shall be considered a cancellation of the reservation.
- Re-reservations are possible up to 30 days before the check-in date, after agreement with the hotel. The client shall NOT pay fees or penalties for re-reservation.
- Reservations at preferential prices / promotions and discounts /, or when booking more than 3 rooms – the amount of the reservation shall NOT be refundable.
- Re-reservations for group bookings / 3 or more rooms / are possible up to 45 days before the date of accommodation, after agreement with the hotel. The client shall NOT pay fees or penalties for re-reservation.
- There is no right of cancellation for re-reserved bookings.
- Refund of a payment made from an account outside Bulgaria shall be refunded after deduction of return fees. Fees are determined by the bank.
- Credit card payments shall no be refunded.
- In case of illness, quarantine or other valid reason, the reservation deposit is used / remains active / until the end of the current calendar year.
- In case of force majeure, ‘Food and Dance Factory’ shall reserve the right to relocate elements and make changes in the program and to act according to the specific situation, without being liable and due any penalties for this.
- Accommodation shall be mafe from Tuesday to Sunday
- Check-in after 2:00pm
- Early check-in – according to hotel occupancy
- Check-out until 11:30am
- Late check-out – according to hotel occupancy
- Pets are not accepted!
